Green Beans and Mushrooms Bhaji

Ingredients
8 ounces Green Beans
4 ounces Mushrooms
1 medium Onion
2 ounces Butter
½ teaspoon Turmeric
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
½ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
Method
First wash the Beans and Mushrooms. Cut the Beans into small pieces. Cut the Mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Set aside. Slice the Onion.
When ready to cook, heat a saucepan and melt the Butter. Fry the Onion until it is pale golden color.
Add the Green Beans and Turmeric and fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
Add the Mushrooms, Chili Powder and Salt and cook covered over very gentle low heat until the Beans are soft. Serve.
