A Filipino Classic
Good with Beef Tapa
2 tablespoons Asian Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon minced Garlic
4 cups cooked Rice, preferably long-grain
Salt and fresh ground Black Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons chopped Cilantro
Heat the Oil in a large skillet. Put in the Garlic and cook over a low fire until it is fragrant, about 3 minutes.
Put in the Rice and stir until well combined. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Transfer to a platter, sprinkle with the Cilantro and serve.
