Soba Buckwheat Noodles

All Japanese cooks once knew how to make this Noodle dish at home.  If you  follow this recipe you can have i ready in a jiffy, and iif you  make your own Soba Dipping Sauce,, it is all natural without preservatives.

Ingrediens:

Nori edible seaweed

Korean Edible Laver

1 or more packages of Soba Noodles
1 or more sheets of Norii Seaweed
Naganegi Long Onions or Green Onions

Method:

First cook the soba until almst soft.  Drain and plunge into cold water.

Place the Noodles on a flat plate or flat basket nd garnish with the thinly slice Nori.

Long Onions - Naga NegiPut Soba Sauce in small dipping bowls.  Add very thinly cut up  pieces of Long Onion.

The Noodles are then eaten by dipping into individual sauce dishes.

If you make this with all Buckwheat Soba nodles, then the dish provides the benefits of Buckwheat, an often overlooked but very nutritious grain, known for its cancer-fighting properties.
