How to cook delicious and healthy Asian dishes using tomatoes

In this Chinese Fusion dish, Won Ton or Chiao-Tzu Wrappers are used to contain fillings with a true Fusion element — Tomatos and Feta Cheese, combine with Ginger and Soy Sauce in a result that is greater than the sum of its parts. Pot Stickers or Gyoza or Chiao-Tzu, to use a few of their names, are analogues of Italian Ravioli.  Did Marco Polo carry the concept back from the court of Kublai Khan, or was it an Italian import to China?
